Aurelle Bridal Gift Card Terms & Conditions

1. General

These Gift Card Terms and Conditions apply to all gift cards purchased through the Aurelle Bridal website by Aurelle Bridal, 93 High Street, Newton-le-Willows, WA12 9SL (“Seller”). 

The Seller reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available here and will apply at the time of your purchase.

2. Use of Gift Cards

Aurelle Bridal gift cards can only be used to purchase goods from our boutique (Aurelle Bridal, 93 High Street, Newton-le-Willows, WA12 9SL), in the currency they were purchased in.

  • Gift cards may be used to pay for all or part of your purchase. If your gift card does not cover the full amount, you can pay the difference using another accepted payment method.

  • Gift cards cannot be reloaded.

  • Your gift card balance will update after each purchase. You can check your balance by emailing us at info@aurellebridal.co.uk. Please note that balance updates may occasionally be delayed.

  • Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.

  • You may purchase a maximum of 10 gift cards per transaction and redeem up to 10 gift cards per purchase.

  • If you use a gift card in combination with another payment method and a refund is required, the refund will first be applied to the gift card balance, with any remaining amount refunded to the other payment method.

  • Gift cards cannot be retroactively applied to previous purchases.

  • Gift card balances are non-refundable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and do not accrue interest.

  • Gift cards may be transferred to another person at your discretion.

3. Payment

Gift cards can be purchased using all available payment methods on our website.

  • The minimum gift card value is £10

  • The maximum gift card value is £1000.

4. Delivery

Gift cards are delivered by email.

  • They will be sent to the email address provided immediately after purchase.

5. Validity

Gift cards and any remaining balances can be redeemed up to 12 months from the purchase date. After this period, the gift card cannot be used, and any remaining value will not be refunded.

6. Limited Liability

Please treat your gift card like cash. The Seller is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or inactivated gift cards and cannot replace them.
