Customer acknowledges placement of special order and/or receipt of goods and/or services in the amount of the total shown hereon. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

  • I agree with the designer, style, color and size for each item ordered. I understand that custom measurements and/or custom length may not be exact. I understand that dye lots may vary from swatches. I further understand that payments are forfeited in case the event is cancelled, without exception.
  • I understand that when purchasing a floor sample item, it is sold in 'as is' condition. The cost of any fixing and cleaning will be my responsibility.
  • I understand that alterations to the merchandise may be necessary and that alterations will incur a separate charge. I further understand that I will not hold this store liable for any alteration inaccuracies or errors.
  • I understand that should the event be cancelled, I am responsible for providing timely notice to Aurelle Bridal. I will be responsible for full payment of all merchandise ordered and bought.
  • I understand that all sales are final and are neither returnable nor exchangeable. No Exceptions.
  • I understand that my order is not confirmed until a 50% deposit has been paid. I acknowledge that any delays resulting from my failure to pay the deposit are my responsibility.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: Aurelle Bridal accepts payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, cash, Bridal Live Portal or Aurelle Bridal Gift Cards.
  • Non-Payment: Failure to pay the remaining balance in the agreed timeframe may result in the order being considered abandoned, and Aurelle Bridal reserves the right to retain all payments and dispose of, resell, or otherwise handle the merchandise.
  • Client Obligations: All measurements, approvals, and required information must be provided promptly; delays may affect delivery.
  • Aurelle Bridal will primarily contact clients via email regarding orders, collection, and other important updates. If no response is received within approximately one week, Aurelle Bridal may follow up via phone call or social media. Clients are responsible for responding promptly to ensure timely production, delivery, and collection of their merchandise.
  • All estimated delivery dates provided are guidelines only and are discussed during your appointment. Clients should allow for a buffer to accommodate unforeseen delays, including holidays, shipping disruptions, or other circumstances beyond Aurelle Bridal’s control.
  • If merchandise is shipped at the client’s request, all associated shipping costs, insurance, and risk of loss or damage during transit are the responsibility of the client. Aurelle Bridal is not liable for any loss, damage, or delay that occurs during shipping.
  • Orders with a wedding date less than six (6) months from the order date (“Short Timeframe Orders”) or orders requesting priority production (“Rush Orders”) are considered expedited. Clients requesting expedited delivery acknowledge that:
  • Timeline Responsibility: They assume responsibility for the condensed production timeline.
  • Fees: Rush Orders may incur a non-refundable rush fee. Short Timeframe Orders may not require additional fees unless otherwise agreed.
  • Aurelle Bridal recommends placing all orders 12–18 months before the wear date to ensure ample time for production and delivery. Clients requesting Short Timeframe or Rush Orders understand that expedited timelines carry inherent risks outside of our control. While we will always do our best to assist and accommodate, we cannot be held responsible in the unlikely event that delays or issues occur.
  • I understand that I am expected to collect my merchandise within a reasonable timeframe as verbally agreed at the time of order. I acknowledge that Aurelle Bridal does not have capacity to store merchandise. Any delay in collection beyond six (6) weeks from the collection notification will be subject to additional storage or handling fees.
  • Merchandise not collected within six (6) months of Aurelle Bridal’s first collection notification, with no response from the customer to reasonable contact attempts, will be considered abandoned. Aurelle Bridal may retain all payments and dispose of, resell, or otherwise handle the merchandise.
